Advance Telecom enter into AKG Ramazan Trophy quarters

Karachi : Leg-spinner Khurshid Afridi stole show with a superb five-wicket haul as Advance Telecom crushed Maymar Academy by 87 runs to qualify for the quarterfinals of the Aga Khan Gymkhana Ramazan Trophy here Tuesday at AKG Ground.
Khurshid captured five for 16 in four overs as Maymar Academy collapsed for 89 in 18.4 overs. Veteran opener Hanif-ur-Rehman was the top scorer with a 26-ball 36.
Earlier, Mohammad Ali Boota scored 53 runs to help Advance Telecom accumulate 176-8 in 20 overs.
